Ben draws upon over 12 years of extensive experience in the property industry. His journey commenced with the purchase and renovation of a repossessed ex-council house in Lincolnshire, a project spanning three years. Leveraging the profits from this venture, he acquired two buy-to-let properties along with a new family home. While maintaining a full-time role in the mechanical/electrical engineering sector, Ben pursued his passion for property as a side-hustle.
Driven by his ambitions in the property sector, Ben pursued various qualifications in bricklaying, plastering, joinery, plumbing, and electrics. Throughout the years, he has successfully completed numerous renovation projects, expanded his buy-to-let portfolio, engaged in house flipping, and explored diverse aspects of property-related ventures. This rich tapestry of experience positions him as an invaluable guide for individuals embarking on their investment journey.
